Dear Mr Stoltenberg! First, I would like to thank you for coming to Latvia. It is important and significant at such tense time that the Secretary General of NATO chose to visit all three Baltic States as one of his first missions. We appreciate it very much. I congratulate you on acceding the office, which also coincides with major challenges to safety policy not only in Europe, but also in the world.
