DESCRIPTION:On 17&nbsp\;September\, for the fifth consecutive year the World Clean Up Day will take place in Latvia\, during which people are invited to take part in a tree sowing and planting campaign “Trees of Happiness”. This year\, during World Clean Up Day\, three Trees of Happiness parks will be created: in Trapene in Smiltene Municipality\, and in Viļāni and Krāslava in Rēzekne Municipality.
