Celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Baltic Way, the flags of the three Baltic States, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia, will be raised on the Holy Spirit Tower of Riga Castle by symbolising the unity and shared destiny of the neighbouring nations at 8.30 a.m. on Friday, August 23.
