President of Latvia Raimonds Vējonis will pay a working visit to Poland

From 2 December to 4 December 2018, President of Latvia Raimonds Vējonis will be on a working visit to Poland, Katowice, to attend the Summit of the UN Conference of the Parties on climate change.

The twenty-fourth session of the UNFCCC Conference of the Parties (COP24) is the largest international event since the Paris Agreement was adopted three years ago.

Mr Raimonds Vējonis will address the Summit by stressing the need to make decisions that would facilitate the more efficient implementation of the Paris Agreement.
