Looking for soul nurse campaign
In appreciation of contribution of nursing personnel, the First Lady of Latvia, Andra Levite, has agreed to be patroness of Looking for soul nurse campaign and took part in the campaign launch event on 12 November 2019.
Looking for soul nurse is a campaign that started 11 years ago. Its goal is to raise public awareness on the nursing profession in Latvia and boost the prestige of the profession because nurses are the ones who ensure successful recovery of patients and personalised care. In 2019, when Children’s University Hospital (CUH) celebrated its 120th anniversary, all medical nurses of CUH joined up the campaign to mark the jubilee.
