- H.E. Her Royal Highness Ms Zenani Nozizve Dlamini, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of South Africa to the Republic of Latvia;
- H.E. Ms Reem Mohammad Khaled Zaid Al Khaled, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Kuwait to the Republic of Latvia;
- H.E. Mr Patrick Ang Chuasoto, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of the Philippines to the Republic of Latvia;
- H.E. Mr Chea Chanboribo, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the Republic of Latvia.
