Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of People’s Republic of China to Latvia presents credentials to the President of Latvia

On 18 September, the President of Latvia, Egils Levits, hosted a credentials-presentation ceremony at the Riga Castle for His Excellency Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China to Latvia,  Mr Liang Jianquan.
