On 18 December President Edgars Rinkēvičs received letters of credence from:
- H.E. Mr Yayan Ganda Hayat Mulyana, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Indonesia to the Republic of Latvia;
- H.E. Ms Navaan-Yunden Oyundari, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to the Republic of Latvia;
- H.E. Ms Peggy Frantzen, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg to the Republic of Latvia.
