On 30 March President Edgars Rinkēvičs received letters of credence from:
- H.E. Ms Naglaa Mohamed Naguib, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Arab Republic of Egypt to the Republic of Latvia;
- H.E. Mr José Fernando Alves da Costa Pereira, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Portugal to the Republic of Latvia;
- H.E. Mr Alexander Daniel Ferdinand Manfred Swarovski, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Sovereign Military Hospitaller Order of St. John of Jerusalem of Rhodes and of Malta to the Republic of Latvia.
