- H.E. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Serbia to the Republic of Latvia Milena Mitić;
- H.E. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Türkiye to the Republic of Latvia Ahmet Cemil Miroğlu;
- H.E. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Montenegro to the Republic of Latvia Veljko Milonjić;
- H.E. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Ecuador to the Republic of Latvia Vicente Francisco Albornoz Guarderas.
