- H.E. Ana Abuladze, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to the Republic of Latvia;
- H.E. Bounthavy Vilavong, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic to the Republic of Latvia;
- H.E. Ramón Fernando Acosta-Díaz, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Paraguay to the Republic of Latvia;
- H.E. Vladimir Adolfo Franco Sousa, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Panama to the Republic of Latvia;
- H.E. Prof. Ohene Adjei, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Ghana to the Republic of Latvia.
