- H.E. Martin Sørby, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Norway to the Republic of Latvia;
- H.E. Andreina Marsella, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Italian Republic to the Republic of Latvia;
- H.E. Timothy John Edwards, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Canada to the Republic of Latvia;
- H.E. Ricardo Díez-Hochleitner Cousteau, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Spain to the Republic of Latvia.
