Chapter of Orders composition: Officer of the Three-Star Order Andris Kronbergs, Member of the Three-Star Order Gunda Vaivode, Commander of the Great Cross of the Order of Viesturs Raimonds Graube, Commander of the Three-Star Order and Commander of the Great Cross of the Order of Viesturs Tālavs Jundzis, Grand Officer of the Cross of Recognition Elita Kuzma and Officer of the Cross of Recognition Dina Gailīte.
Chancellor and members of the Chapter of Orders are appointed by the President for the duration of his tenure.
Chapter of orders is composed of the Chancellor who must be a holder of at least one of the highest state decorations and six members: two recipients of the Order of Three Stars, two holders of the Order of Viesturs and two recipients of the Cross of Recognition. Chancellor and members of the Chapter of Orders must hold Latvian citizenship. Since its founding in 1938, Chapter of Orders has been the body collectively responsible for state decorations awarded by the Republic of Latvia.
