On 20 July, President Edgars Rinkēvičs met with the Chairman of the Free Trade Union Confederation of Latvia, Egils Baldzēns, at Riga Castle. During the meeting, the parties discussed issues related to proposed amendments to the Labour Law and current matters concerning sectoral trade unions.
