Today, President of Latvia Egils Levits presented the letter credence to His Excellency Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Latvia to the Kingdom of Spain Mr Māris Klišāns, and His Excellency Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Latvia to the Hellenic Republic Mr Pēteris Kārlis Elferts.
