President of Latvia Egils Levits will pay a regional working visit to Džūkste, a birthplace of former president of Latvia Gustavs Zemgals, on 18 August. President Levits will plant an apple tree as a symbolic reminder of Gustavs Zemgals 150th birthday.
Regional working visit of the President of Latvia to Tukums region will include a tour of the Karotītes farm, SIA M.P.Socks, global culture space “Tukku magi” in Tukums and a meeting with members of Tukums regional council.
