On 29 January, at the Riga Castle, President Edgars Rinkēvičs will receive letters of credence from:
- H. E. Mr Aliou Barry, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Guinea to the Republic of Latvia;
- H. E. Mrs Jelena Čukić Matić, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Serbia to the Republic of Latvia;
- H. E. Mr Saoud Abdulla Z. Al-Mahmoud, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Latvia;
- H. E. Mr Kapila Thushara Fonseka, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka to the Republic of Latvia.
