The meeting will be attended by Adjutant General of the Michigan National Guard Major General Paul D. Rogers, former adjutants general, Commander of the Latvian National Armed Forces Lieutenant General Kaspars Pudāns, and former commanders of the Latvian National Armed Forces. Cooperation between the Latvian National Armed Forces and the Michigan National Guard has continued for more than 30 years.
