The Three Seas Initiative is a platform for economic cooperation proposed by the presidents of the region’s countries, comprising 13 European Union member states geographically situated between the Adriatic, Baltic, and Black Seas – Austria, Bulgaria, Czechia, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, and Slovenia.
