From 13 to 15 February, President Edgars Rinkēvičs will be on a working visit to Munich, Germany, to participate in the Munich Security Conference.

On Sunday, 15 February, from 10.00 to 11.15 (Latvian time), the President is scheduled to take part in a main programme panel discussion of the Munich Security Conference “Europeans Assemble: Reclaiming Agency in a Rougher World”.

Additionally, President Rinkēvičs is scheduled to participate in other discussions included in the conference programme, among them the panel organised by the NATO Strategic Communications Centre of Excellence on Friday, 13 February, “The New Great Game: Rethinking Information, Technology, and Global Power”, and on 14 February in the discussion on support for Ukraine, “Ukraine: Futures’ Frontline”.

During the visit, the President will hold a bilateral meeting with the President of the Republic of Moldova, Maia Sandu, and other bilateral meetings.
