During his working visit to Berlin, President of Latvia Egils Levits will deliver a National Day of Mourning (Volkstrauertag) speech to members of Bundestag. National Day of Mourning is an annual remembrance day in honour of soldiers and civilians who had died in armed conflicts.
President will also meet with Federal President of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier and President of Bundestag Bärbel Bas.
