President of Latvia Egils Levits goes to Talsi region with a working visit

During visit to Talsi region, President Levits and members of local administration will discuss development of the region. Meeting with educators will focus on regional school priorities, while active local community members are invited to talk about preservation and promotion of Livonian heritage and civic engagement in regional affairs. President of Latvia will reveal Talsi sign in Latvian and Livonian languages and meet with local National Guard soldiers to discuss conditions of the service and national security.
