Conference ‘The Future of Jobs: 5 trends that will shape Latvia’ will take place on 17 February, at 13.00-18.00. It will provide answers to questions like ‘What will be the most in-demand skill of the future and where to learn it?’, ‘How countries can boost their competitiveness through strategic planning and integrated human resource policies?’, ‘How enterprises can boost the skills of their employees?’ and other relevant questions. According to the President of Latvia Egils Levits, ‘We need to audit the national employment policy to find out its weaknesses and strengths from the modern EU and global labour market perspective.
