On 18 April, President of Latvia Egils Levits pays a working visit to the municipalities of the association "Rīgas metropole" to discuss with their representatives the current issues of cooperation between the city of Riga and other Riga Metropolitan municipalities in the areas of development, investment attraction, mobility, etc. The President of Latvia will also get acquainted with the drone piloting education programme "Robo Pilots", as well as visit the electronics manufacturing company "Volburg". At the end of the visit, President Levits will meet with the management of the waste management company "Getliņi Eko" and discuss issues of environmental education and circular economy.
