President of Latvia Egils Levits shall host a discussion about history policy as an instrumental element of policy framework of Latvia as a European democracy to mark the launch of English translation of the book ‘Neiespējamā pretošanās: Latvija starp diviem totalitāriem režīmiem. 1940.−1991.’ (The Impossible Resistance: Latvia Between Two Totalitarian Regimes 1940−1991”).
