During his visit, E. Rinkēvičs will meet with the leadership of the Augšdaugava Municipality and representatives of the Latvian Railway and Transport Industry Trade Union. The visit will also include a trip to Vabole Primary School and the Latgale Industrial Technical College's Višķi Education Programme implementation site. In Augšdaugava Municipality the President of Latvia will also visit the Višķi craft village and the Daugava River bends. At the conclusion of the visit, President Rinkēvičs will give an interview to the Latvian Radio programme 'Latgolys stuņde' at the Ilūkste Culture and Art Centre.
