Today, in the first year of Latvia’s second century, we can be sure that the Satversme enables us to develop our Latvia as a strong and happy country.
However, a better tomorrow will always depend only on us, on our knowledge, our democratic skills, and our faith in Latvia. Everybody must affirm the values of the Satversme as their own and stand for the Satversme every day both in great things and in an everyday rush.
May the Satversme of our country always inspire us to deeds that strengthen Latvia and serve the common good!
