Mr Ivars Lasis, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Latvia to the Kingdom of Denmark; H.E. Mr Juris Pēkalis, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Latvia to the Republic of Estonia.
