On Monday, 20 December, 11:30, President of Latvia Egils Levits will host the visit of H. E. Ms Zuzana Čaputová, President of Slovakia, to the Riga Castle. Latvia appreciates the military presence of Slovakia in Latvia, thus President Levits and President Čaputová will mainly discuss current regional security environment and cooperation within NATO and European Union.
Media accreditation for the visit of President of Slovakia Zuzana Čaputová to the Riga Castle is open until 12:00, 17 December 2021. Applications must be submitted to Presidential Chancery’s Media Centre at prese@president.lv. Media outlets without permanent accreditation to Riga Castle must provide the following data: journalist’s name, surname, personal ID number and media.
Media are required to present a compatible COVID-19 vaccination pass or recovery certificate at the official media events. Face masks for mouth and nose are mandatory at all times. Media are required to follow the formal dress code: dark suit for men and business suit for ladies.
