Edvīns Balševics talked about fiscal impact of the crisis caused by the spread of Coronavirus COVID-19. Temporary city administration has had to make changes in the budget plan to get it ready for the adoption. New proposal allows to adjust the monthly financial flows based on latest trends of the pandemic. According to Edvīns Balševics, temporary administration does not have a political mandate, therefore, it mostly focuses on administrative and technical management, leaving political debate to the new council members who will be elected later.
