On 21 July the President of Latvia Edgars Rinkēvičs will visit Krāslava region.
During the visit, Edgars Rinkēvičs will meet with various sector experts, including farmers and representatives of the Krāslava Municipality Education Board to discuss issues related to the development of the district and access to education.
The President of Latvia will also get acquainted with the daily work of the farm "Kurmīši" in the cultivation and processing of medicinal plants, as well as the operation of the local export-oriented sewing company "IV plus".
President Edgars Rinkēvičs will also meet with the residents of the region and visit the Krāslava Museum of History and Art in the Krāslava Castle.
