With a lecture "Where is Europe heading?" President of Latvia Egils Levits will participate in Germany's 23rd Judges and Prosecutors' Day. As part of his visit, E. Levits is scheduled to meet with the Prime Minister of Thuringia and participate in a discussion organised by the Körber Foundation in Berlin on legal issues related to Russia's war of aggression against Ukraine and the establishment of a special tribunal.
