On 21 July, President Edgars Rinkēvičs met with Minister for Economics Viktors Valainis at the Jūrmala residence. During the meeting, the parties discussed progress on current investment projects, measures implemented to reduce food prices, as well as proposals for balancing heat energy tariffs in Riga. The discussion also included planned steps for reducing bureaucratic burdens within the sector.
